BELTA SYHET CHAPTER NEW COMMITTEE FORMED:

A VIRTUAL MEETING of the newly formed #BELTA_Sylhet_Chapter was held yesterday at 10PM.
The meeting was presided by Principal Rtn Mohammed Shams Uddin, #BELTA_Sylhet_Chapter_Coordinator.
He introduced the members and talked about their responsibilities in the meeting. All the members of the newly formed committee shared their feelings and express their gratitude to be a part of BELTA Sylhet Chapter Committee. All the members of the committee are agreed to work together to promote BELTA not only in Sylhet but also across the country as a prominent platform for professional development of the ELT community. The newly formed BELTA Sylhet Chapter is consisted of thirteen members.
They are Mr Mohammed Shams Uddin, the Chapter Coordinator who is the Principal of Muhibur Rahman Academy and an eminent ELT Researcher and Master Trainer. The Assistant Chapter Coordinator is Mr Abu Nasar Muhammad Sufian, Assistant Teacher (English), Sylhet Govt. Pilot High School, Sylhet and Master Trainer, SESIP. The Head Teacher of The Aided High School, Sylhet Mr Md. Shamsher Ali will play the key role of #General_Secretary of this committee. The Joint Secretary of the BELTA team of Sylhet Chapter is Mr Ashraful Wadud, Lecturer (English) of Jaintia Degree College, Jaintiapur, Sylhet. The post of #Organizing_Secretary is adorned by #Mr.#Md_Rafiqiqul_Alam, Head Teacher of Roshomy Memorial High School, SESIP Master Trainer and USA State Aumni.
Poet Muhammed Sayed Shaheen, Lecturer (English) and Head of English Department of Muhibur Rahman Academy, Sylhet has got the responsibility of #Treasurer of the committee. The role of #Publication_Secretary of this committee will be played by Md. Muhibur Rahman Muhib Shamim, Lecturer (English) of Shajalal Jameya Islamia School and College, Sylhet. The committee of BELTA Sylhet Chapter is also blessed with the presence of some ELT practitioners as members namely Mr Muhammad Shamsul Kabir Muhammad Kabir, The Head of the Department of English of North East University Bangladesh (NEUB), Sylhet; Md Fayzul Haque, Principal, Border Guard Public School and College, Sylhet; Mr Biplob Nandi , Assistant Teacher, Govt. Pilot High School, Sylhet; Kamal A Ambia, Assistant Teacher (English), Jalalabad Cantonment School and College, Sylhet; Anjona Nath Anjona Nath Anjana Debi Nath, Assistant Teacher (English), Central Jaintia High School, Dorbost, Jaintiapur, Sylhet, Master Trainer, SESIP; Mahbubur Rahman Shiblu, Assistant Teacher, Jangalhata Govt. Primary School, Gulapgonj, Sylhet.
The meeting was concluded with a note of thanks to all given by the Chapter Coordinator.
